We gladly unconditionally guarantee our frames and lenses - YES, even when the dog chews on them.
Our Total Guarantee
is against breakage of any kind for any reason for a total of 12 months. We will repair or replace the frame or lenses with a copayment of $25.00.
Important Eye Wear Information
- Never clean your eye wear with regular paper products.
- Hair spray, windex and other chemicals will cause damage to your lenses and frames.
(The fine print: Guarantee may vary according to insurance, union, or vision care plan. Your guarantee does not cover loss or theft. In the event you need to utilize your guarantee, you must return your old lenses and/or frames.)
